Dental Tips for Men's Health Week

No longer are just women concerned with their appearance. A healthy grin is highly desired for the face. Every guy wants an Instagram-worthy grin.

Daily vehicle washing, shining, and buffing. Also, clean your teeth twice a day for 2 to 3 minutes using a soft or medium-bristled toothbrush and fluoride-containing toothpaste. 

Man wouldn't want low-grade motor oil. Your teeth also need fibre. Avoid drinks, candy, and acidic meals. Portion vegetables, meat, cheese, milk, etc. We're not perfect at following directions. 

The mouth needs a pollution control certificate just like the automobile. Smoking and drug misuse have harmed everyone.

 Despite the "smoking kills; tobacco causes cancer" advertising on TV and cigarette packs, it's impossible to stop.
