Poultry is also rich in vitamin B6 and niacin. Journal of Food & Nutrition Research says it helps maintain a healthy weight and general well-being.

Lean pork tenderloin is an excellent meat option. Globally, pork is the most popular meat. The FAO estimates it supplies 36% of the world's beef.

Beef provides protein and important elements, like other meats. Grass-fed beef has higher vitamin E and antioxidants.
