Green Grape Smoothie: How to Make It

This colourful smoothie has cancer-fighting greens like spinach and kale, as well as sweet green grapes, a pear, an orange, and a banana.

Ingredients

1 cup of clean spinach leaves, packed tightly

1 cup kale that has been washed and roughly chopped.

1 cup of green grapes without seeds

1 Bartlett pear with the core, stem, and seeds are taken out.

1 orange, peeled, cored, and cut into quarters

1 banana, peeled

Chia seeds, 1 teaspoon

1/2 cup liquid

2 cups ice

Directions

  • Put everything in the blender.
  • Process for 15 seconds at low speed.
