2-pound turkey breast ground
2 eggs
1 cup of ground oatmeal produced by a food processor
1/2 cup fat-free plain Greek yoghurt
3/4 tsp salt
Sauce
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup sugar substitute
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tbsp mustard yellow
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Combining meatball ingredients. Form into 2-inch balls. Put in a large baking dish.
- Combine the ingredients for the sauce. Serve atop meatballs.
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour.
